Although we look forward to working with you for many years, we cannot offer any load opportunities until all of the necessary information is received, validated and entered into our database. Below is a list of requirements necessary to be an approved CrossGlobe Logistics' transportation provider.
- Completed Carrier Profile Form
- Signed Broker/Carrier Agreement
- Signed Carrier Procedures Acknowledgement
- W-9 Form
- Copy of Operating Authority
- Operating status verified by the FMSCA
- HazMat Permit (if applicable)
- Insurance Certificates validating, cargo, auto liability, general commercial liability and reefer breakdown (if applicable)
